Inspired by his Aunt, Frances Perry, David Everett, along with his wife and his good friend Peter Robinson, formed the Anglo Company. From our inception in 1965, our goals have remained the same: High quality, wholesale plants, exceptional service and continual innovation. We are a family owned and run business, who have built around us a professional, experienced team. We are respected by our customers for our dedication in delivering our goals and are proud winners of a variety of RHS medals (8 Golds) and Tudor Rose awards.
Our main nursery and despatch area is in Enfield, just North of London.
Our customers are Garden Centres, Landscapers, Designers, Environmental Agencies and Internet Companies amongst others. They come to us for our extensive range of container grown aquatics, from plugs to 30 litre mature plants. Our stunning 3 and 5 litre ranges are popular with both Garden Centres and Landscapers alike.
We have a wide variety of plants, both native and ornamental, and we are able to assist in planting plans and designs. We also help Garden Centres with stocking and retail display suggestions, as it is important to be comfortably stocked and not overstocked, as this can lead to wastage. As wholesalers, our catalogue contains images and information on all our plants, but no prices, so it can be shared with your customers. Hard copies of this and our price list are available on request from our office. Anglo has a long history of innovation. We invented the aquatic fine-mesh basket which are trademarked Finofil® and are used extensively across the world. We were the first to supply individual coloured plant labels and bed cards and later story boards as part of our extensive range of informative POS.
We have a great range of Customer Friendly Packaging too. Our vastly informative labels provide individual notes for each plant and larger pictures making self-selection and maintenance even easier. Apart from their popularity, we have found these labels increase retail sales and enhance our customers’ displays.
