Orders and deadlines
Container plant orders placed on a Monday by 4pm will be delivered the same week for most areas.

Northern Scotland, Highlands and Islands must
place orders by 9am Monday to ensure delivery. If you require a specific delivery day or cannot accept delivery on any day in the week please inform us when placing the order, there may be a charge.

For Landscape orders that require a specific delivery day please order by 9.30 am Friday the week before.

Parcel orders may be placed later in the week, orders placed on Thursday morning can usually be delivered on Saturday at no extra charge.

Payment
If payment before despatch is required, please ensure payment is also made by the above deadlines to avoid your order being delayed.

Delivery charges
We use a combination of trolley, pallet and parcel
delivery methods with the aim to keep delivery costs to a minimum whilst maintaining the best service possible.
Many areas will be serviced using Danish trolleys. There are significantly more restrictions with regard to delivery days and we cannot specify vehicle size or delivery timings. For many this service suits them well. Our pricing structure is assuming you will accept our preferred delivery method.
Should you require a different delivery method from our preferred, there may be an additional charge, typically £20 but this does vary. You may also need to place your orders earlier to allow a Monday or Tuesday collection from us. If you do have specific requirements please contact us to discuss prior to 9:30am Friday as this is the cut off for some services.
The minimum order below is per pallet or per trolley. The following table refers to postcodes.
